UltraClean® Microbial DNA Isolation kit专门设计用于提取1.8mL微生物纯培养高质量基因组DNA。经测试能成功提取各种微生物包括真菌孢子、酵母、格兰性阴阳性菌。20分钟内快速提取DNA;珠磨研磨机械作用力高效裂解微生物细胞,增加DNA得率。获得大分子DNA片段可达50kb,不含抑制因子可直接用于PCR、限制性内切酶消化、qPCR、测序等下游实验;不使用对人体有害的溶剂,无需酶辅助。

微生物在加热、去垢剂和机械联合作用下崩解,释放的DNA吸附到硅胶离心柱上,经过清洗洗脱重悬于DNA-free的Tris缓冲液中。推荐使用我们的涡旋仪及适配器,以达到的提取效果。
