MO BIO的土壤DNA提取试剂盒(PowerSoil® DNA Isolation Kit)作为新一代土壤DNA提取试剂盒,拥有创新抑制物去除技术,可以提取各种类型土壤环境样品包括高腐植酸含量的堆肥、淤泥、粪肥、海底沉积物、根际土壤、大田土壤、森林土壤、窖泥、湿地泥土等中的微生物DNA。得到的高纯度DNA可直接应用于下游PCR或QPCR等应用。PCR分析证实检测到各种微生物,包括革兰氏阴阳性菌(炭疽杆菌、枯草杆菌)、真菌(酵母、霉菌)、藻类、放线菌(链霉菌)及线虫类等。
强力土壤DNA提取试剂盒(PowerSoil® DNA Isolation Kit)区别于其它试剂盒在于其的去抑制物/棕颜色步骤,去除土壤样品中的PCR反应抑制物,大大提高PCR反应的成功率和灵敏度。高腐植酸含量的样品选择强力土壤DNA提取试剂盒(PowerSoil® DNA Isolation Kit)比土壤DNA提取试剂盒(UltraClean® Soil DNA Isolation Kit)更合适。
